Price
Easy-Weddings.co.uk reserves the right to make changes to pricing without prior notice. Regardless of any price changes the client will pay the price current at time of booking and this price will be honoured regardless of any fluctuation come the date of the Wedding. Once the deposit has been received the price is fixed and cannot be changed.
Payment
A deposit payment of 100% is required to confirm the booking. Dates are reserved only when this has been paid by paypal or credit card to Easy-Weddings.co.uk. The deposit is non refundable under ANY circumstances. If you would like to change the details of the booking such as date, time or location an Administration Fee is payable of £75 by paypal to Easy-Weddings.co.uk.
Fees And Package
The fees include all photography as stated in the package details and all travel expenses. The package includes the services of a professional photographer for one hour starting from a time the client wishes at a location of their choice. We will supply you with your wedding photographs taken by a professional photographer in a digital format on a disk. We aim to dispatch the disk to you within two weeks after the date of your wedding.
Creative Licence
The judgement of the photographer on photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed to be correct. Due to changes in the weather and the availability and willingness of the subjects we will endeavour to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement. Easy-Weddings.co.uk reserves the right to delete, destroy or withhold any images, which are believed to be of a low technical or creative quality.
Copyright
The Copyright of all the photographs produced is retained by Easy-Weddings.co.uk and it is a criminal offence to make copies from them by any means including video under the terms of the COPYRIGHT, DESIGNS and PATENTS ACTS 1988. The images may be used for personal use only with advertising, magazine & newspaper articles, or any other commercial use permitted as long as Easy-Weddings.co.uk is informed, and full credits given to Easy-Weddings.co.uk . The copyright will remain at all times with Easy-Weddings.co.uk, and the images may be used for advertising, display, print, publication, competition entry or any other reason thought proper by Easy-Weddings.co.uk. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their guests are notified that their photograph may be taken, and used in publications, advertisements and other forms of print.
Exclusivity
Easy-Weddings.co.uk shall be the sole (stills) photographer at the venues specified. Easy-Weddings.co.uk however positively encourages family, friends and guests to take photographs throughout the day.
Force Majure (Acts of God)
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Easy-Weddings.co.uk(s) control, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights will be unaffected.
Cancellation
If Easy-Weddings.co.uk has to cancel for reasons beyond their control, (death, illness, injury etc.) liability shall be limited to refund of all monies paid
Easy-Weddings.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays or no coverage due to incorrect information, dates, times or changes that Easy-Weddings.co.uk have not been informed of.
Geographical Limitations
Although we aim to give a full UK wide coverage sometimes we may have to draw the line and under extreme circumstances we may have to cancel your booking because of the geographical location of the assignment. If this is the case will issue you a full refund of the monies paid to us.
Privacy
Easy-Weddings.co.uk will store your details on an internal database; these details will NOT be given to any individuals outside Easy-Weddings.co.uk. Should you wish to have your details removed from our database, please advise Easy-Weddings.co.uk by email. Occasionally information may be sent you about products and services of Easy-Weddings.co.uk that may be of interest to you.

Behaviour
Our photographer will not tolerate abuse (either physical of verbal), violence or any other threatening behaviour. Behaviour of this type will result in the service being terminated forthwith.
Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between the client and Easy-Weddings.co.uk. No booking for any service will be taken prior to these being accepted by the client.
